Duties of M.O.D./ HMs/ AHMs
1. | Each house master and associate house masters will ensure the attendance of the students in their respective house register and sign it. Reason for each absent / late comers/ discipline will be asked to the HMs / AHMs |
2. | Each HMs / AHMs will be responsible for timely arrivals in academic block and mess as per schedule , if any students comes for food after the schedule the reasons will explain by HMs/ AHMs. |
3. | M.O.D will ensure the attendance and visit the house frequently and will check the bags of the student’s in the respective house with MTS and ensure the lock system in academic block if houses are not locked then reason will be explained by the HMs/AHMs in writing miss day. No teacher will leave the academic block of the school without written permission of principal and without noting in the register. Each point will be noted of disperencies , each teacher arrives or not in their respective class. PT has done or not. No one should be in house during games and sport time, every MOD will be fully vigilant on his/her duties with coordination HMs / AHMs and SMT and correct report needs to be submitted to Principal before dinner. |
4. | Ensure that each activity will have to shown to the principal and each register should be signed by the Principal. |
5. | Physical education teacher male and female ensure that morning PT must be conducted daily for all the students, tha activity should be divided daywise : fast walk, running, yoga, exercise and other schedule to display on notice board . During rainy day it may be skipped. PETs are the main key of the discipline of the school so they have to perform their duty in a proper way ; they will be inchare of morning assembly, evening assembly, so that all the activity should be performed in proper manner. PETs maintain their room properly. |
6. | Each teacher will write all the detail ( full profile of the students) in their attendance register. Each teacher will report 5 minute before to the student at their respective duty place. Those teachers on mess duty they will be vigilant and make smooth distribution of food and discipline. |
7. | Arrangement incharge will ensure no class should be unattended in academic hours and remedial hours. Supervise study teachers will ensure the attendance. |
8. | Distribution of food items will be in mess only , MOD , one HM/AHM ( Boys and girls) house on duty will be there. |
9 | In disciplinary cases viewed seriously such as beating junior, ragging, sexual/ mental harassment , etc. So regular monitoring and counselling is required by the HMs / AHMs. |
10. | Laxity and ignorance in the duty viewed seriously and you will be answerable for not following the above stated instructions. |
11. | No one will leave the school campus in school hours without putting entry in Gate Register. |
